WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We accept refund/exchange requests on all of our pieces within 7 days of you receiving your order (as indicated by your tracking number).
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
• Item/s must be in original brand-new condition with all tags remaining in place.
• Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
Yes, return postage is free for our Australian and New Zealand customers. We will provide you with a free postage return label, which you can use to return the goods.
We recommend opting for an exchange or store credit, as refunds are subject to a $10 handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
After receiving the returned goods we will refund you through the same method you used to pay. This usually takes 1-2 business days to clear into your account.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
