WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY?
• All footwear is covered by a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase.
• All clothing is covered by a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase.
The original receipt must be provided.
A product will only be replaced one time under the warranty.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. These are defects which have been made during the production of the products. An example of this would be incorrect stitching or missing parts. These defects will usually be obvious to the wearer within a very short time period.
The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear. Wear-and-tear is damage that occurs through the use of the garment. An example of this would be holes, broken stitching and tears. All workwear will ultimately break due to wear-and-tear, so we are unable to replace in these instances.
CAN I HAVE A REFUND UNDER WARRANTY?
Refunds are not given under any circumstance for warranty claims.
A successful warranty claim will result only with a product replacement.
HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM UNDER WARRANTY?
